Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the Broadway Plaza Hotel was quite the mixed bag for me. On one hand, the location in the Nomad district is fantastic, making it easy to explore the Empire State Building and other attractions. However, I faced issues with room selection and the breakfast area felt cramped and underwhelming. The friendly staff was a bright spot, doing their best to ensure I was comfortable during my stay.
I had a mixed experience at the Broadway Plaza Hotel. The location is fantastic for exploring New York, with key attractions like the Empire State Building just a short walk away. My initial room on the second floor had no view and a broken air conditioning unit, which was uncomfortable. However, once I moved to a higher floor, the view was stunning. Overall, the hotel feels like a work in progress, balancing modern amenities with some areas that need improvement.
I had a great time during my 5-night stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, just steps away from the subway, and I could easily get to places like Rockefeller Center and Central Park. The room was spacious and the staff were incredibly friendly. However, I did notice the bathroom was a bit dated and the breakfast area was quite small, so I opted to enjoy my food in my room.
I had a pleasant stay at Broadway Plaza Hotel, appreciating its convenient location and clean, spacious room with a beautiful view of the Empire State Building. The breakfast spread was good, although the area for dining was on the smaller side. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The only downside was the noise from the bustling city streets, which is to be expected in New York.
I spent five nights at the Broadway Plaza Hotel and was quite impressed overall. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to Times Square and other attractions. The breakfast options were decent, but the dining area was a bit cramped. I experienced fantastic service, especially from Anthony, the concierge, who made my stay more enjoyable. However, the room felt slightly dated in some areas, which affected my overall experience. 😊
